Second Forum by Distinguished Sinologists – Prof. Lin Ching-chang (2015/10/30)

HKBU Jao Tsung-I Academy of Sinology proudly invited Professor Lin Ching-chang, a renowned expert on Confucian Classics from Taiwan, to speak at the Second Forum by Distinguished Sinologists on “The study of Shijing during the Second World War”.

Professor Lin is a leading scholar who is well known both locally and internationally. A Research Fellow from the Institute of Chinese Literature and Philosophy, Academia Sinica in Taiwan, he is also an Academic Advisor of the Jao Tsung-I Academy of Sinology. A vast number of his writings have been published and he has made a remarkable contribution to the development of Confucian Classics on the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan. His areas of expertise also include Japanese Sinology and philology.
