Outreach

The Academy focuses on promoting research in Sinology and cultivating new scholarship, but also on promoting education in Sinology. It organizes various public events, such as calligraphy exhibition, book recycling, writing competitions, and art workshops, that can introduce the riches of traditional Chinese culture accessible to new generations. The Academy hopes to elevate and enhance cultural life in Hong Kong by building on Professor Jao's artistic achievements.
